I’ve been working on a project for a couple of friends who make really badass foam falls for ravers and cybergoths. I’m working to add reactive EL lighting to them with a microcontroller and some custom code. The microcontroller will take input from things like temperature sensors or ultrasonic rangefinders to modify the sequencing of the wire. Its been a really fun project because I know about >< this much about programming and about >< this much about electronics. But I've learned a ton and already have ideas for my next big project.
