Again with the slow updates. Things have been kind of up in the air with my personal life this last couple of weeks and I haven’t been working on anything really. I got the clothing I’m using for the fashion show ordered but apparently they lost the order so now I have to wait some more. The cinnamon caramel stout turned out FANTASTIC. Our measurements show approximately 7.0% alcohol, but it seems a wee bit stronger than that. We’ve got an irish red in the fermenter right now that will be ready for carbonating on sunday. We’re also going to be experimenting with a cream ale with just a hint of orange flavor.
