This weekend marks my first foray into the world of home brewing. I’ve been bugging my friend James to teach me for a couple months and he finally conceded (actually he always said he’d love to teach me, I was just too lazy to ever call). He told me to get online and pick a beer recipe that looked good to me, I looked around and found something that looks absolutely delicious. So delicious in fact, that my mouth is watering right now.

Cinnamon Caramel Stout.
